We are currently seeking OFF Highway Heavy Equipment Mechanic/Technician(s) to join our team who are specializing in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers and more! Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment, such as trucks, buses, construction machinery, and agricultural equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. We are offering highly competitive wages!
Diesel Technician Pay Range D.O.E.
Diesel Mechanic/Technician Job Duties
- Responsible for repairing, maintaining diesel engines and diesel components used in various vehicles and diesel equipment.
- Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex diesel engine conditions and make necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with peers, foreman, and service team regarding those repairs.
- Quality control work performed to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion.
- Meet requirements for certifications.
- Operate equipment to diagnose problems, inspect equipment for defects.
- Repair and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozer etc. Caterpillar, Komatsu and Liebherr
- Minimal welding
Diesel Mechanic/Technician Requirements
- Valid Driver's license (Bonus compensation for CDL holders)
- Must possess a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and be reliable.
- Experience with other diesel engine platforms such as Cummins, CAT, & International are a plus.
- Other mechanical skills desired but not essential: Hydraulics, Brakes & Suspension, Manual Transmissions, Drive Train, and Automatic Transmissions.

- Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
- Technical degree or certification a plus.
- MSHA
- A knowledge of construction equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, gasoline and record keeping
